Jaded Life Collective is the creative vision of South African designer Sibu Dladla, a label that thrives on attitude, heritage, and reinvention. It’s menswear with bite—where African influences collide with London street energy, and tailoring isn’t afraid to rub shoulders with sportswear. Twice featured in British Vogue and tapped by cultural icons like Grace Jones and Gerard Butler, the brand has also collaborated with global names including Converse, Levi’s, Absolut Vodka, Lamborghini, and FIFA.

STORY

Sibu’s roots are in Cape Town, where his first ventures into fashion quickly turned heads for being unapologetically bold. He wasn’t interested in playing safe or following trends—he built clothes that told stories, merging cultural depth with an edge that made people look twice. From the start, his work was less about selling garments and more about creating a movement, pulling in other creatives and building spaces where fashion doubled as self-expression.

When he brought his vision to London, the brand only grew sharper. Armed with formal training in menswear and textiles, Sibu set out to fuse the craft of tailoring with the pulse of the streets. The result? Collections that can sit on the runway but feel just as at home in a club, at an art show, or on the pavement. His designs channel South African heritage through a London lens, giving the label a restless, hybrid identity that feels globally relevant.

But what sets Jaded Life Collective apart isn’t just the clothes—it’s the philosophy. Sibu sees fashion as a tool for empowerment, a way to lift up voices that often go unheard. He works with emerging designers, champions collaboration, and treats his label as a creative hub rather than just a brand. In his world, style is about more than fabric; it’s about making space, telling stories, and turning fashion into culture.
